Summary: Did you know Count Dracula had children? Well, when you're centuries old, you'd pump out some heirs too! Marya might have had a bit of a rocky start, but one can't ignore the family legacy for too long, can they?

History: Presumably Marya Zeleska underwent a name change in order to distance herself from her father's image. In fact, she was there when Drac's corpse went up in flames. Unfortunately, the count's legacy kept making her do terrible things, such as luring victims with her good looks and jewelry. It soon became her mission to rid herself of her condition...but then she decided 'aw, screw it' after it all failed, and embraced her vampirism fully, and began seeking an immortal companion, even if it meant by force.

Notable Kills: Nothing special.

Final Fate: Marya is shot through the chest with an arrow by her treacherous sidekick, Sandor, who was feeling a little jipped by that fact that she didn't make him immortal as promised.

Powers/Abilities: All of her father's, alongside bewitching jewelry.

Weakness: Stabbing by an object through the heart.

Scariness Factor: 3.5-Perhaps if we were a bit more supportive of her plight, she wouldn't have embraced her father's worst aspects. That is, her faux-affable attitude and manipulative tactics. This is one vixen you don't want to meet.

Trivia: -Marya was played by Gloria Holden, who would star in "The Man Without a Country" a year later.

-This film was based off "Dracula's Guest", a short story derived from the lost version of the first chapter of Bram Stoker's "Dracula" that got published two years after his death.
